A. Ruth Taxy, Preschool Director,has an extensive background in both early childhood and special education. Educated at the University of Iowa and National Louis University, Ms. Taxy has more than thirty years of experience in school leadership, including educational and clinical staff supervision and training, parent education and therapeutic intervention in a variety of settings. She has served as an accreditator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
